Dover Street Market offers a 14-day return window for all online orders, provided that items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as fragrance, jewelry, and sale merchandise, may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return form along with your unique RMA number clearly marked.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
